利用規約
1. 適用範囲
本利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます）は、GooAuto（以下「当方」といいます）が提供するiOS向けゲームアプリ「リバーシNEXT」（Bundle ID: com.sugoi.othellong、以下「本アプリ」といいます）の利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーは、本アプリをダウンロードまたは利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。本アプリは、AI対戦を備えた1人用・オフラインのリバーシ（オセロ）ボードゲームです。ユーザー登録やログインは不要で、サーバーへの接続も行いません。
2. 課金と返金
本アプリでは、追加の「ボイスパック」を買い切り型（非消費型）のアプリ内課金として販売することがあります。すべての課金手続きおよび決済は、AppleのStoreKit／App Storeを通じて行われ、当方が支払い情報（クレジットカード番号など）を取得・保管することはありません。購入済みのボイスパックは、同一のApple IDで「購入の復元」により再取得できます。
返金は当方では対応できません。返金の可否および手続きは、AppleのApp Store利用規約（Apple Media Services利用規約）に従い、Appleが判断します。
3. 禁止事項
ユーザーは、本アプリの利用にあたり、次の行為を行ってはなりません。法令または公序良俗に違反する行為、本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング・逆コンパイル・改変・不正な複製を行う行為、本アプリの不具合や脆弱性を悪用する行為、課金や権利管理の仕組みを回避または不正に操作する行為、その他当方が不適切と合理的に判断する行為。
4. 知的財産権
本アプリおよびこれに含まれるプログラム、画像、テキスト、音声、デザインその他一切のコンテンツに関する著作権その他の知的財産権は、当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。本規約は、本アプリを利用する非独占的な権利をユーザーに許諾するものであり、これらの知的財産権をユーザーに移転するものではありません。
5. ボイス素材・クレジット（VOICEVOX）
本アプリで使用する合成音声は、VOICEVOXおよびその関連キャラクターの音声ライブラリに基づいて生成されています。VOICEVOXならびに各キャラクター音声ライブラリの著作権および利用条件は、それぞれの提供者に帰属します。VOICEVOXおよび使用キャラクターへのクレジットは、本アプリ内のクレジット表記および本書に従って表示します。ユーザーは、これらの音声素材を本アプリの利用目的の範囲を超えて抽出・再配布してはなりません。
6. 免責事項・保証の否認
本アプリは、現状有姿（as-is）で提供されます。当方は、本アプリが特定の目的に適合すること、エラーや中断なく動作すること、または不具合が修正されることを保証しません。法令上許容される最大限の範囲で、当方は、本アプリの利用または利用不能から生じるいかなる損害についても責任を負いません。端末内に保存されたデータ（勝敗記録、設定、制覇進捗、購入権利など）の消失についても、当方は責任を負いません。
7. 規約の変更
当方は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。重要な変更を行う場合は、本アプリまたは本ページ上での掲示により告知します。変更後に本アプリを継続して利用した場合、ユーザーは変更後の本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
8. 準拠法および管轄
本規約の解釈および適用は、日本法に準拠します。本アプリに関して当方とユーザーとの間に紛争が生じた場合には、当方の所在地を管轄する日本の裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

10. 言語
本規約は、日本語および英語で作成されています。日本語版を正文とし、英語版は便宜のための翻訳です。両者に齟齬がある場合は、日本語版が優先します。
Terms of Service
1. Scope
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of "Reversi NEXT" (Bundle ID: com.sugoi.othellong, the "App"), an iOS game provided by GooAuto ("we" or "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. The App is a single-player, offline Reversi (Othello) board game with AI opponents. It requires no account or login and does not connect to any server.
2. Purchases and Refunds
The App may offer additional "voice packs" as non-consumable in-app purchases. All purchases and payments are processed through Apple's StoreKit / App Store; we never receive or store your payment details (such as credit card numbers). Purchased voice packs can be restored on the same Apple ID using "Restore Purchases."
We cannot process refunds. Whether a refund is granted, and the process for requesting one, are determined by Apple in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions (the App Store terms).
3. Prohibited Conduct
When using the App, you must not: violate any law or public order and morals; reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or make unauthorized copies of the App; exploit any bug or vulnerability in the App; circumvent or tamper with the purchase or entitlement mechanisms; or engage in any other conduct we reasonably deem inappropriate.
4. Intellectual Property
All copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the App and its programs, images, text, audio, designs, and other content belong to us or to their respective rightful owners. These Terms grant you a non-exclusive right to use the App and do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
5. Voice Assets and Credits (VOICEVOX)
The synthesized voices in the App are generated using VOICEVOX and its associated character voice libraries. The copyrights and usage terms of VOICEVOX and of each character voice library belong to their respective providers. Credits for VOICEVOX and the characters used are shown in the App's credits screen and in this document as required. You may not extract or redistribute these voice assets beyond the scope of using the App.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is." We do not warrant that the App will be fit for a particular purpose, operate without errors or interruptions, or that defects will be corrected. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. We are also not responsible for the loss of data stored on your device (such as win/loss records, settings, conquest progress, or purchase entitlements).
7. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms as necessary. For material changes, we will provide notice within the App or on this page. If you continue to use the App after a change takes effect, you are deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any dispute between you and us relating to the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Japanese court having jurisdiction over our location as the court of first instance.

10. Language
These Terms are written in Japanese and English. The Japanese version is the authoritative version; the English version is provided as a translation for convenience. In the event of any inconsistency, the Japanese version prevails.
